McMillen Yachts Inc. and their all new Mathis Yacht Building Company have signed an agreement with the renowned Fraser Yachts Worldwide, Inc. to become their exclusive marketing agent.

The New Mathis Yacht Building Company LLC will offer a line of custom built modern classic yachts inspired by FREEDOM and her spectacular sister-ships but with the implementation of modern composite hulls and environmentally friendly systems. The first of these models will be SEQUOIA, the 104 footer. She was originally built in 1925 and served as the Presidential Yacht from 1933 until 1977, under 7 U.S. Presidents. These custom yachts will be built utilizing composite hulls with additional beam and draft for added stability in the 80- to 120-foot range. Their easily driven displacement hulls may feature an optional energy efficient hybrid diesel-electric propulsion system, complemented by the magnificent joinery above and below decks that Mathis-Trumpy’s were famous for and that the All New Mathis Yacht Building company can now duplicate as a result of the painstaking renovation just completed on FREEDOM which earned her a nomination in SUPERYACHT awards in the Best Refit category.

Also available are the fractional ownerships in the vessels currently in the McMillen Yachts Inc. fleet which, along with the spectacular 1926 104 foot Mathis-Trumpy fantail motor yacht FREEDOM, include the 1935 Mathis-Trumpy fantail motor yacht 85’ ENTICER, the 1927 Densmore 68’ motor yacht ALONDRA, the 1955 68’ Trumpy houseboat motor yacht GLORY and the 1928 70 foot 12 metre designed by W. Starling Burgess, and built by Abeking & Rasmussen ONAWA.”
