Belle
A 77 foot yacht built in 1929 by the New York Yacht, Launch & Engine Company of Morris Heights, New York for Mr. Lawrence H. Austin of the American Yacht Club, in Rye, New York.
Jem
A 75 foot commuter yacht designed by John Wells and built by Consolidated Shipbuilding Corporation of Morris Heights, New York in 1930 for Jeremiah & Elizabeth Milbank (hence the name Jem).
Scout
(ex. Cormar): A 73 foot commuter yacht designed by Walter McInnis of Eldridge-McInnis and built by Defoe Boat & Motor Works of Bay City, Michigan in 1930 for R.E. Klages of the Detroit Yacht Club.
Zapala
(now Grace ex. Sispud II): A 60 foot motor yacht designed and built by the New York Yacht, Launch & Engine Company of Morris Heights, New York in 1913 for Joseph B. Cousins of the Columbia Yacht Club, in New York City.
